Article 1 (General Provisions)
Trenbe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") values Members' personal information related to koreaavto service use and manages it safely in accordance with relevant laws.
The Company discloses this privacy policy on the Service's initial screen or bottom menu, etc., so that it can be checked at any time.
Article 2 (Personal Information Items Collected and Collection Methods)
1. Items Collected at Membership Registration
- Required: Email address, password, name (or business name), mobile phone number, country of residence
- Optional: Profile image, messenger ID (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
2. Items Collected During Service Use and Transaction Processing
- Export/Shipping Information: Recipient name, contact information, overseas address, postal code
- Payment Information: Payment method information (card company name, partially masked card number, approval number, etc.), payment date/time, refund account information (bank name, account number, account holder)
- Vehicle Information: Vehicles of interest, purchase request vehicle number, transaction history, quote information
3. Automatically Generated/Collected Information
- Access IP, cookies, visit date/time, device information (OS, browser information, etc.), usage records, access logs
4. Collection Methods
- Direct input by Members during homepage/app membership registration and Service use
- Customer service inquiries, email, KakaoTalk/messenger consultations
- Automatic collection through cookies and log analysis tools
Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes.
- Member Registration and Management: Member identification, membership intention confirmation, identity verification, inquiry response
- Service Provision: Vehicle search/comparison, purchase agency and export quote provision, transportation/customs clearance progress and result guidance
- Payment and Settlement: Deposit/balance payment, refund processing, fee settlement
- Customer Support: Inquiry/complaint processing, notice delivery, accident/delay guidance
- Service Improvement and Statistics: Service access frequency, usage performance analysis, new feature development
- Marketing/Advertising (with optional consent): Event/promotion guidance, customized service provision
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
- The Company retains and uses Members' personal information in principle until the service use agreement is terminated.
- However, the following information is retained for the specified periods.
- Retention Obligations under Relevant Laws
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years
- Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute processing: 3 years
- Website visit records: 3 months
- Internal Policy for Prevention of Unauthorized Use
- Unauthorized use history: Maximum 5 years
- Retention Obligations under Relevant Laws
- If Members request withdrawal, information is destroyed without delay except for information that must be retained under laws and internal policies.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
- The Company does not provide Members' personal information to third parties in principle.
- However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- When Members have consented in advance
- When requested by investigation agencies or supervisory agencies according to procedures prescribed by law
- To provide overseas transportation/customs clearance services, the Company may provide personal information to third parties overseas as follows, subject to Members' consent.
- Recipient: Overseas forwarders, shipping companies, local customs clearance companies, local dealers, etc.
- Items Provided: Name, contact information, shipping address, vehicle information, transportation-related information
- Purpose: Transportation reservation, customs clearance processing, shipping guidance
- Retention/Use Period: Within 3 years after completion of the relevant transaction
Article 6 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
- The Company may entrust some of the work necessary for service provision to external specialized companies.
- The Company manages and supervises to ensure personal information is processed safely when entering into entrustment contracts, and the list of major consignees is separately posted on the privacy policy screen within the Service or notified together when this policy is revised.
- Example Consignees:
- Payment processing companies: Payment processing and settlement
- Cloud infrastructure providers: Service server operation
- SMS/email sending service companies: Notification sending
Article 7 (Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
The Company may use overseas servers or overseas consignees for service operation. In such cases, the name of the recipient, country to which information is transferred, transfer date/time and method, items transferred, transfer purpose, and retention/use period are separately notified within the Service and Members' consent is obtained.
Article 8 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise)
- Members and legal representatives may request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, etc. of personal information of themselves (or children under 14) at any time.
- Such rights can be exercised through Service settings, customer service, email, etc., and the Company takes measures without delay.
- If access is restricted or deletion is impossible according to law, the Company guides the reason.
Article 9 (Use of Cookies)
- The Company may use cookies to provide personalized services.
- Members may refuse or delete cookie storage through browser settings, but some Service use may be restricted in such cases.
Article 10 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)
- The Company destroys relevant information without delay when the personal information retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.
- Destruction Procedures: Information for which the retention period has elapsed is destroyed without delay according to internal regulations from the date the destruction reason occurs.
- Destruction Methods:
- Electronic files: Permanent deletion using technical methods that make recovery impossible
- Paper documents: Shredding or incineration
Article 11 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)
The Company takes the following measures to ensure safe processing of personal information.
- Administrative Measures: Establishment of internal management plans, employee education, minimization of access rights
- Technical Measures: Access rights management, encryption, antivirus software installation, access record retention
- Physical Measures: Access control for server rooms/data storage rooms

The Company is responsible for overall management of personal information processing and designates a personal information protection officer to handle personal information-related inquiries.

Article 13 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- This privacy policy may be changed according to relevant laws or Company policies.
